IT’S AUCTION TIME!

How to donate:

We are thrilled to announce the return of our UUSR Goods & Services Auction, our major annual fundraiser! We’re soliciting donations now through May 25th and this is your opportunity to make a difference. Whether you’re sharing your famous secret-recipe baked goods, offering a helping hand with dog walking, sharing a bird-watching adventure, or just ready to bid generously, there is a chance for everyone to make an impact. Our online auction kicks off May 31st and runs through June 6th. Select items will move to the floor for final bidding at our pizza dinner on Saturday, June 6th.

• Online: use this online Donation Form
• In-Person: Grab a paper form from the dining table in the church vestry. Fill it out and tuck it into the manila envelope.
• Business Outreach: Know a local shop or restaurant owner? Feel free to ask them for a donation on our behalf.  Help us keep track of these donations by filling out your name and info on this Vendor Donation List as well as submitting a donation form for that item.

Important dates:

• May 25th: Deadline for all donation forms and all physical items to arrive at the UU.
• Drop-off: Bring items on any Sunday before the deadline and leave them with Carol Chirico or Dave Johnson
• May 31st – June 6th: Online bidding is live!
• June 6th: Live auction finale and pizza dinner.
