• GIFT CERTIFICATE

Please check the Gift Certificate List (google doc) to determine if anyone else has already solicited the same vendor/retailer.   

If unclaimed, enter your name, who is the donor, you or retailer?, certificate amount or item being donated, and whether you have obtained it yet. If the vendor is not listed in the table, add the retailer/vendor name in an open row at bottom.

Complete and submit a donation form as explained below.

• ONLINE   Fill out the online google-form
• PAPER Forms are available on dining table in church vestry.  Fill out and put into the manila envelope on the table.   No peeking at forms already completed! 

The ONLINE Auction will take place from Sunday May 31, 12 pm to Saturday June 6, 12pm.

• The auction site link will be posted here when the auction commences

 The LIVE Auction and Pizza Party will take place Saturday June 6, 5pm
