Reverend Art McDonald spoke eloquently on the topic how comedy can be infused into our daily discourse to soften temperament as we focus on the demands ahead. Injecting plenty of Art’s own humor, it was an entertaining sermon with a powerful underlying message. Most worthy of the rousing applause by a congregation that was rewarded for braving the inclement weather on Cape Ann.

Music was provided by the ukulele tandem of Caroline Haines and Malcolm Ingram, performing songs also infused with the humor of Monty Python, and Rockport’s own humorist composer Josh Brackett.
