Spring is less than 3 weeks away, and that seems reason enough to be happy today. Plus, the sun was shining this afternoon, and I had the opportunity to walk with one of my beloveds amidst the beauty that is Cape Ann. Who could ask for more? It seems my needs and expectations have been somewhat altered by COVID. This Sunday, my sermon is called I’m Not a Cat (and other Reflections of the Pandemic). I will play the video on Sunday morning, but if you want to know the origins of my sermon title, please click on this link:

I hope you enjoyed that as much as I did. I look forward to trying different filters in the future so that perhaps we can all be talking animals. Since we are stuck worshipping in a virtual manner, we may as well take advantage of every possible aspect of this Zoom experience. You know you’re going to miss it when it’s over. There is nothing so appealing as the train in the distance; it doesn’t matter if it’s coming or going.
With love and affection,
Susan
