Come celebrate New Member Sunday! Rev Susan will be preaching on why we need to be part of religious community, and the Headlands will be our musical guests.

Rev Susan will be preaching about the intersection of morality and our fourth principle: a free and responsible search for truth and meaning. Beloved and local Rockport singer, Marina Evans, will be in the house with her husband, Berna Baglioni, accompanied by Laura Evans.

Please join us for Celebration Sunday! Rev Susan will be in the pulpit and we will have a luncheon following worship, provided by the UUSR Board of trustees.

Dana Cohen, ace trombonist, and Amy Rich, soloist extraordinaire, will perform Avinu Malkeinu, the traditional prayer for the Jewish Days of Awe, which began Sept 20 with Rosh Hashana, and culminates in Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. Following this prelude, the service will feature Headlands (John … read more.

Please come with water that has special meaning for you and your family. This is an intergenerational service and everyone is welcome; there will be pew packets for the children, and Laura Evans will once again grace us with her piano playing.

Please come to worship prepared to write a question for Rev Susan. She will attempt to answer these questions during the service.
