Every Sunday, we enjoy the fruits of local musical talent. Some Sundays it is our choir and Choir Director, Lauren Coen; some Sundays, Laura Fillmore Evans (UUSR member) is our featured musician on piano. Laura Evans is our main piano accompanist, Brendan Evans, classical guitar, comes monthly as does the local bluegrass band the Headlands, featuring Amy Rich (UUSR member), John Rockwell (UUSR member) and Eric Wilson. Other musicians from Cape Ann have enhanced our services including RPS (Rhythm plus Soul), Saxophone player Alek Razdan, fiddler Mel Kerwin, ‘Leven, Dana Cohen (UUSR member) on trombone and Ed Biggs on clarinet (members of Cape Ann Big Band), and many other local and visiting musicians at our Sunday services and other special events.

Our UUSR choir is directed by Lauren Coen. The UUSR choir practices every Thursday at 6:30 pm (check the calendar for changes/cancellations) and is open to all. Please email the office with contact information.
